We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
There is a $35 returned check fee for insufficient funds.

Take Home Policy
We take your service experience very seriously. In order to ensure longevity of it, we know that at home maintenance is critical. It is our professional obligation to provide you with the best home maintenance plan possible. We guarantee all of our tools of the trade and believe that the use of them will prolong the life of your service experience. We only guarantee the life of your service when using the professional products recommended for you by your designer at home. If you are not completely satisfied with your take home purchase, please bring it back and we will gladly exchange it for another product that will suit your needs. Please be advised that we do not offer cash refunds.

Young Children
Due to insurance regulations, we ask that only children that are being serviced that day join in your day of beauty. Our salon is not child proofed and has many pieces of equipment that peak the interest of little hands. This could potentially cause serious harm to a curious child. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Our designers are often booked out several months in advance. When our guests reserve time for an appointment, we have committed to turning other guests away from the time that has been reserved. Although we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur which could cause someone to have to cancel an appointment last minute, we request a 24 hour notice for all cancellations to allow us the opportunity to fill the time that was originally reserved. When our designers experience last minute cancellations or “no-show” appointments, it severely affects their personal income. Without notice, it is very difficult to replace the cancelled appointment with another one, if we can at all. For this reason, we reserve the right to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the original service price if this is not provided. Lucia’s…the salon on main also reserves the right to request a credit card to hold a future reservation or deny reservations to repeat offenders. Life gets busy and we get it–we are busy too! On a second offense, we may ask for your credit card number to reserve a future appointment. By providing us this information, you are sharing that you understand that should this appointment be cancelled or “no-showed”, your card will be charged a minimum fee of $50 up to 50% of the originally scheduled appointment. This gets uncomfortable for us to ask-we hope we never have to.

UGH! This is getting REALLY uncomfortable and the awkward “it’s not me it’s YOU!” conversation is going to have to happen. We may not be the salon for you…and unfortunately, we will have to break up with you. When a guest cancels in less than 24 hours or “no-shows” for a third time, we know that you are not ready to commit to us or our policies and will release you to go play the field. We reserve the right to deny any future appointments. If you would like to make one final attempt at redemption a fee of $50 per missed appointment and 100% of the scheduled service will be required via credit card over the phone. We still love you…but we have to pay our bills too.
